GPRA Housing Project for Central Staff in Amaravati Invites Tenders
The Indian government wants to build new homes for its workers in Amaravati.

The Central Public Works Department has invited tenders for the ₹1,083.14 crore GPRA housing project for central government employees in Amaravati.
The complex will feature 1,504 residential units across 11 high-rise towers at Ainavolu village in Thullur mandal.
The project, built under EPC Mode-I, is scheduled for completion within 28 months, including three months for planning and design and 25 months for construction.
Bids must be submitted by August 28, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for 11am on August 12 at the CPWD conference hall in Hyderabad.
The project targets GRIHA 4-Star and ENS+ green building ratings and will include rooftop solar panels, CCTV surveillance, and a double-level basement parking facility.
