Bids must be submitted by August 28, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for 11am on August 12 at the CPWD conference hall in Hyderabad.
The project targets GRIHA 4-Star and ENS+ green building ratings and will include rooftop solar panels, CCTV surveillance, and a double-level basement parking facility.
