Aura Vantage Brings One of Sohna Road's Last Commercial Opportunities

Imagine a big new building going up in a busy part of a city called Gurugram, in India.

A company called Aura World is building it, and they call it Aura Vantage.

The lower floors will have shops where people can buy things, and the upper floors will have offices where people work.

The company says this part of the city, called Sohna Road, is already full of homes, schools and hospitals.

That means there is not much empty land left to build more places like this.

So they say this is one of the last chances for people to own a shop or an office here.

Having shops and offices together lets people shop and work in the same place.

The company also says offices across India are being rented a lot, which is good for places like this.

Building Aura Vantage costs a lot of money, about 125 crore rupees.

A crore is a very big number, equal to ten million.
