Bhadrachalam Hosts State‑Level Bhajan Competition
A big music event started in the town of Bhadrachalam on Monday.
People from many parts of India brought their singing groups to perform devotional songs called Bhajans.
The event lasted three days and was held at a temple called Sri Kalpavruksha Narasimha Swamy Temple.
Thousands of people, including kids and elders, came to listen.
The organizer, Dr Krishna Chaitanya Swamy, said that these songs are more than music; they help keep spiritual and cultural traditions alive.
