Maharashtra Extends Caste Certificate Deadline for Medical Admissions
Maharashtra Gives Medical Aspirants 3 Months For Caste Validity Certificates, Extends CAP-2 Deadline · freepressjournal.in

Maharashtra has given some medical students more time to submit their caste certificates.

The extra time is for students from certain reserved categories.

These include SC, VJ, NT, OBC and SBC groups.

Students must have shown proof that they applied for the certificate when they registered.

They must still submit the actual certificate within the new period.

The government will now update the medical admission merit list.

The list covers MBBS and BDS courses.

Students can choose or change their Round 2 preferences until 3 pm on September 11.

Students who already made choices can change them after the updated list is published.
