Odisha's Senior Citizen Pilgrimage Train Leaves Brahmapur for Ayodhya

A special train took 775 older people from Odisha on a religious trip.

They left Brahmapur railway station on Friday.

The group will visit Ayodhya and Varanasi.

They will see the Ganga ghats, attend Ganga Aarti and visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple.

They will also visit important places in Ayodhya.

Twenty-five escorts are travelling with them.

The trip will last five nights and six days.

The Odisha government arranged food, lodging and health check-ups.

The scheme helps senior citizens who may not otherwise be able to afford such a journey.
