Andhra Pradesh considers shifting bulk cargo from Visakhapatnam to Mulapeta port

The Andhra Pradesh state government is thinking about moving the handling of big, dirty cargo like coal and minerals from the Visakhapatnam port to a new port called Mulapeta.
