Builder Arrested After Allegedly Selling Same Flat Twice
Police arrested builder Uday Krishnarao Parab after searching for him for nearly three years.
He is accused of selling the same flat to two different people.
A businessman named Prashant Avantilal Bora paid Rs 83.34 lakh for the flat.
He paid the money in several instalments between January and March 2020.
The flat was registered in Bora’s name, but he never received it.
He later learned that someone else had already bought the flat.
Police said Parab allegedly stopped answering Bora’s calls and ran away after a case was filed.
The investigation is still continuing.
