Andhra Pradesh wants people to get government services online without visiting offices.

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu told officials to use tools such as AI, data systems and blockchain.

He also wants information from 1,204 services on the ManaMitra WhatsApp platform to work together.

Officials said El Niño weather conditions could reduce crop production by up to 20 percent.

Naidu asked them to provide enough water to farms and homes.

Farmers who have not planted paddy may be encouraged to grow other crops.

Officials were also told to send crop warnings and watch for malaria and dengue hotspots.

Reports said there were 401 dengue cases this year compared with 1,361 last year, though the reports describe the comparison differently.

Naidu also requested a plan to install many rooftop solar systems.
