Adavivaram BC School Selected as Center for Excellence
A government school and junior college in Adavivaram has received an important new status.
It will now be called a Center for Excellence.
The school was started in 1986.
It has helped many students, especially students from backward classes.
Money was approved for improvements, but some of the planned work was not completed.
The new status is expected to bring better learning facilities.

The government selected the MJPAPBC Welfare Residential School and Junior College at Adavivaram as a Center for Excellence.
The BC Gurukul institution was established in 1986 during the tenure of Chief Minister NT Rama Rao.
The school has produced outstanding students and supported educational advancement among backward-class students.
Development funding of Rs.13.5 crore was sanctioned during 2014–19, but only Rs.4 crore was later spent, leaving work incomplete.
The Center for Excellence will emphasize holistic development, competitive-exam preparation, and improved digital learning infrastructure.
