Gujarat State Seed Corporation pays Rs 6.33 crore dividend

There is a special company in Gujarat called the Gujarat State Seed Corporation.

This company gives good, certified seeds to farmers so they can grow healthy crops.

This year, the company made a profit and shared some of it with the Gujarat government.

It gave the government Rs 6.33 crore as a gift from its earnings.

Since the company started, it has given the government Rs 42.82 crore in total.

The company has grown a lot over time.

In the beginning, it gave out only 835 quintals of seeds, but this year it gave out 3,34,739 quintals.

Farmers use these seeds for spices, cereals, pulses and oilseeds.

The government leaders were happy and thanked the company for its good work.

This helps make sure farmers have the seeds they need to grow food.
