Naidu to Inaugurate Veligonda Project in Markapur District
Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu will visit Gantavanipalli village on Monday.
He will officially open the Veligonda project.
The project has already been tested, and Krishna water reached its feeder canal through tunnels.
During the ceremony, Naidu will perform Jala Harati and open the project gates.
He will also unveil a pylon marking the project.
After that, he will speak at a public meeting.
Officials have planned a route and a helicopter departure for him.
Police are preparing security using ground staff, cameras, and drones.

Naidu is scheduled to arrive at Gantavanipalli village at 10:15 am.
He will offer Jala Harati to Krishna water, inaugurate the project pylon, and open its gates.
A public meeting will be held at Gantavanipalli from 11:30 am to 1:20 pm.
Officials conducted a trial run, while 1,800 personnel were deployed for security arrangements.
