NCLAT Seeks Project-Wise Timelines for 16 Supertech Projects
NCLAT seeks project-wise completion timelines for 16 stalled Supertech projects taken up by NBCC · CNBC TV 18

Sixteen unfinished housing projects built by Supertech are being taken over by NBCC.

A committee appointed to oversee the work gave a broad estimate that projects may take 12 to 36 months to complete.

It did not give a separate finish date for each project.

A tribunal called NCLAT has asked the committee to provide those dates and say how much money is available.

The committee must file this information before the next hearing on November 6, 2026.

Work preparations include checking the projects, getting approvals and selecting contractors.

Some expected sources of funding may not be available until around March 2027.

Contractors could temporarily pay for some work themselves and receive interest if project funds are short.
