New applicants can apply to government or private ITIs.
Some people who applied earlier can make new choices, while others may be considered using their original choices.
Applicants can check which seats are open on the council website or at an ITI.
The fee depends on the applicant's category.
The stated aim is to help more young people access skill training and employment-related opportunities.
