J P Nadda and N Chandrababu Naidu will open new health facilities in Andhra Pradesh.

They will inaugurate 10 Critical Care Blocks and 12 public health laboratories.

The facilities cost a total of Rs 249 crore to build.

The Critical Care Blocks will add 500 beds for very sick patients.

They will also offer services such as heart, kidney and brain care.

The laboratories will test samples for diseases at the district level.

This could help patients get treatment closer to home.

The inauguration programme will take place in Vijayawada on Saturday.
