The family believed the husband’s recurring illnesses were caused by ‘Grah Dosh,’ an astrological condition.
Khangar allegedly sent the woman’s husband away to collect ritual items before assaulting her, police said.
Bhisi police arrested Khangar and associates Sachin Modak and Tejas Walkate under three Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita sections.
