Telangana Cabinet approves Global Summit 2.0 and paddy measures
Some important leaders in a state of India called Telangana held a meeting to plan how to make their state better.
They agreed to organise a big event called the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2.0, starting on December 7.
The event's theme is 'Invest Telangana', which means they want businesses from other places to come and invest money there.
The summit will focus on getting investments in defence, aerospace and medicines.
They also want to set up an exhibition to show the achievements of Telangana's startups and industries.
To help farmers, the leaders agreed to pay an extra 500 rupees as a bonus when they grow seven special kinds of rice.
The government also decided to sell a very large amount of extra rice, about 17.54 lakh tonnes, through an online auction.
They approved the distribution of new smart ration cards to help families get their food.
They also approved building Young India Integrated Residential Schools in seven places across the state.
These plans are meant to bring more money, better opportunities and better schools to the people of Telangana.
