Delhi Intensifies Pollution Curbs, Construction Ban Begins December

Delhi is preparing for winter air pollution.

PUCC enforcement: The “No PUCC, No Fuel” campaign will cover all 500 fuel stations equipped with automatic number plate recognition cameras.
