Bodies spotted where five climbers went missing on Yalung Ri

Some mountain climbers went to a very tall, snowy mountain in Nepal called Yalung Ri.

While they were there, a huge wall of snow called an avalanche hit them.

Five climbers disappeared — three from other countries and two from Nepal.

Two other climbers, from Italy and France, died near the base camp of the mountain.

The missing climbers were buried under thick snow, and nobody could find them for many months, so the search was called off.

Now, some of the snow has melted, and rescue workers have spotted five bodies where the climbers disappeared.

Bad weather and heavy rain are stopping rescuers from getting close to the bodies.

A helicopter is waiting for clear skies so the team can fly in.

It is still not known if the bodies are the missing climbers.

The rescuers will need to recover the bodies and run tests to find out who they are.
