Bhotekoshi River Flood Leaves Dozens Missing Across Nepal
A sudden flood struck the Bhotekoshi River on Wednesday morning.
Many people who were working or travelling in the area can no longer be contacted.
Families in Dolakha say 55 people are missing.
Thirty people from Madhesh Province are also reported missing.
Two workers from Dailekh and four people from Jajarkot are unaccounted for.
Three other Jajarkot workers are trapped at a camp and waiting for rescue.
A group of 25 travellers from Dhading was also heading to Gosaikunda when contact was lost.
Authorities and families are trying to learn what happened and help those who may be stranded.
