Minister, Police Officials Pay Last Respects to DCP's Daughter
A young woman named Shaik Asifa, who was 24 years old, sadly died in a road accident.
She was the daughter of a high-ranking police officer named Shareen Begum, who is the Deputy Commissioner of Police for Traffic.
Her family, friends, and many police officials were very sad about this loss.
People gathered at her home in Vijayawada to say goodbye.
A minister named NMD Farooq came to visit the family and comfort them.
The police chief and other officials also came to pay their respects.
Her body was kept at the family residence so people could visit and mourn.
Later, her body was taken to a cemetery called Kabristan in Arundalpet for the final rites.
Everyone felt great sorrow over the untimely death of such a young person.

Her mortal remains were kept at the family residence in New Rajarajeswaripeta, Vijayawada, with mourners visiting through Monday.
Minister for Law and Justice and Minority Welfare NMD Farooq and Vijayawada Central MLA Bonda Umamaheswara Rao paid their respects.
Director General of Police Harish Kumar Gupta and NTR District Police Commissioner SV Rajasekhar Babu also visited the residence.
Asifa's mortal remains were taken to the Kabristan at Arundalpet in Vijayawada for the final rites.
