Skoda Superb Diesel Revealed Ahead of 2027 India Launch
Skoda has shown a new Superb car for the Indian market.
It will use a diesel engine that produces 150 horsepower.
The engine has a size of 2.0 litres.
It will work with a seven-speed DSG gearbox.
This is the Volkswagen Group’s first diesel return to India in six years.
The car will be brought into India fully built rather than assembled there.
It will be offered only in the most expensive Laurin & Klement trim.
Deliveries are expected to start between April and June 2027.
The car is planned as a low-volume flagship rather than a mass-market rival to the Toyota Camry.
