Trainer Aircraft Crash-Lands at Baramati Airport, Second Incident This Year

A small training airplane crashed while landing at an airport in Baramati, India, on Sunday.

Nobody was hurt, and the plane only got a little bit damaged.

This was the second plane crash at that airport this year.

Earlier in January, a bigger plane crashed near the same airport, and sadly, a famous leader named Ajit Pawar and four other people lost their lives.

There was also another small training plane crash in May, but the pilot was safe.

People are worried that the airport is not safe enough.

Investigators found problems like poor visibility, faded runway markings and loose stones on the runway.

To make things safer, the airport plans to build a new control tower and a fire station.

They also want to make the runway longer and add better lights for night flights.

The airport is used for general aviation and for teaching people to fly.
