Indian Oil Corporation Targets 10.5 Million Tonnes Gas Sales

Indian Oil Corporation wants to sell more than 10.50 million tonnes of natural gas by 2030.

Its gas sales reached a record 7.09 million tonnes in the financial year ending March 2026.

The company plans to build more pipelines and gas distribution networks.

It also plans to expand LNG facilities and fuelling stations.

Indian Oil Corporation added 2,635 fuel stations during the year.

Its total retail network reached 42,818 outlets.

The company also expanded electric-vehicle charging, battery-swapping and CNG facilities.

Conflicts in West Asia disrupted important shipping routes for energy supplies.

The company said it kept supplies moving by using crude oil and LNG from different places.
