Police in Mumbai have filed a case after a car allegedly hit a motorcycle.
The crash happened at Curry Road Naka in Lower Parel on August 21.
Police say the car was traveling against the direction of traffic.
The car allegedly hit a motorcycle and damaged it.
The motorcycle rider, Siddharth Jaiswar, filed the complaint.
The accused driver is identified as 22-year-old Rishabh Pintu Samar.
The case was formally registered early on August 22.
Police have given Samar a legal notice and are continuing to investigate.

Police allege Samar was driving on the wrong side of the road on August 21.
His four-wheeler allegedly collided with Siddharth Jaiswar’s motorcycle at Curry Road Naka.
The motorcycle was damaged, according to the complaint and police account.
The case was registered under Sections 281, 125 and 324(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, with further investigation underway.
