Delhi Government Plans Project Inaugurations During Modi Birthday Campaign
The Delhi government plans to open many finished public projects.
The campaign will begin on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, September 17.
It will last for about a month.
The projects include roads, schools, electricity facilities and water systems.
One major project is the third phase of the Barapullah corridor.
Several plants will clean wastewater and recycle water.
New sewer connections will also be provided in some colonies.

The Delhi government will inaugurate completed transport, road, education, power and public-utility projects during a campaign starting September 17.
The Barapullah Phase 3 project, costing around Rs 1,635 crore, is described as the campaign’s most significant inauguration.
Road projects include an Outer Ring Road underpass near Mukarba Chowk and a Rs 54.10-crore road linking Badli Junction with Haiderpur Metro Station.
Water and sewerage projects worth Rs 863.38 crore include treatment plants, pumping stations, recycling facilities and sewer connections.
A Dwarka school building, 144 equivalent SPS classrooms and power substations costing Rs 232.42 crore are also scheduled to begin operations.
