Andhra Pradesh Invites Applications for 807 Liquor Shops
The Andhra Pradesh government wants to choose new owners for 807 liquor shops.
These shops were not renewed or were not operating under the current arrangement.
Most of the shops are open to all eligible applicants, while eight are reserved for a specified community category.

Each application costs Rs 3 lakh, plus a Rs 1,000 processing fee.

Winners will be selected by drawing lots on October 5.
