Uttarakhand Media Delegation Explores Balance Between Ecology & Urban Development In Nava Raipur · freepressjournal.in

A group of journalists from Uttarakhand visited two places in Chhattisgarh.

The trip was organised by the Press Information Bureau in Dehradun.

First, they visited Nandanvan Zoo and Safari.

The facility gives animals spaces designed to resemble their natural homes.

It also cares for rescued wildlife and supports conservation and research.

The journalists then visited Nava Raipur, a planned modern city.

They saw wide roads, traffic systems, green spaces and public buildings.

The visit helped them learn how development and environmental protection can be considered together.
