Delhi Metro trains will start running at 6 am this Sunday.

All Metro lines will open earlier than usual.

On most Sundays, the Pink, Magenta and Grey lines start at 7 am.

The change is meant to help students taking the National Defence Academy and Combined Defence Services examinations.

It will also help other people travel around the city.

Traffic restrictions are expected because of the BRICS Summit.

The Delhi Traffic Police asked the Metro to provide earlier services after hearing from an examination candidate.

Passengers were told to plan their journeys because of the restrictions.
