Nihang attacks Sukhbir Badal; Majithia alleges conspiracy to eliminate SAD
Deep conspiracy to eliminate moderate leadership of SAD, says Majithia on attack on Sukhbir Badal · theprint.in

A man with a special Sikh dagger called a kirpan hurt a very important Punjabi leader named Sukhbir Singh Badal.

This happened inside a gurdwara, which is a Sikh place of worship, in a city called Nanded.

The man who attacked him was caught by the police.

Badal got a small hurt on his hand and needed a few stitches, but doctors say he is okay.

Another leader named Bikram Singh Majithia, who is Badal's brother-in-law, thinks this attack was planned by bad people.

He believes they want to silence people who talk about peace and friendship between Hindus and Sikhs.

This is not the first time Badal was attacked — someone tried to hurt him before in Amritsar in December 2024.

Majithia wants a special police team called the CBI to find out who is behind both attacks.

He also wants more security for Badal and his family so they stay safe.
