DDA Offers 39 Dwarka EWS Flats Through August E-Auction
The Delhi Development Authority is selling 39 small flats in Dwarka through an online auction.
The flats are in Sector 19B, Pocket-NA, Block M. Each flat is estimated to cost about ₹31.29 lakh.
The final price may be higher or lower because people will compete by placing bids.
The auction will happen in three sessions on August 24 and 25, 2026.
Only people who completed the required application and deposit steps can participate.
