The India Meteorological Department said it will rain a lot in Arunachal Pradesh on July 31 and Saturday.

It warned that nine districts could have flash floods because of the heavy rain.

Thunderstorms with lightning are also expected.

In some places, like Lower Subansiri, the rain will be a bit less but still heavy.

The monsoon has already caused 7 deaths and hurt more than 150,000 people in the state.
