A new indoor cricket facility opened at the ACA Cricket Academy in Fulung, North Guwahati, on September 11.
The approximately 17,000-square-foot arena has nine Uniturf wickets, including four spin wickets and five seam wickets.
The complex includes gender-segregated changing rooms with ice baths, a 1,500-square-foot gym, sauna, steam room, and physiotherapy unit.
BCCI Secretary Devajit Lon Saikia inaugurated the facility with Assam Cricket Association officials and former Assam Ranji player Nasir Gul Khan.
The facility is designed to support year-round training, fitness, recovery, and rehabilitation for Assam’s cricketers.
