Bengaluru Rural Man Arrested Over Alleged Pakistani Gang Links
Police in Doddaballapur arrested a 28-year-old man named Syed Abubakar.
They suspect he was in contact with a criminal gang based in Pakistan.
Police say the contact happened through Instagram for almost two years.
They also allege that he shared his Aadhaar details with an account connected to the gang.
Investigators found gang-related videos and photographs of pistols on his phone, according to the police.
Police further said he travelled to Kerala and Delhi and may have received training.
Abubakar worked as an AC repair technician and reportedly taught at a mosque.
He is being questioned, and the investigation has not yet finished.
