The police in a big Indian city called Bengaluru arrested a 25-year-old man.

His name is Asphula Mallik, and he worked as a security guard.

The police think he might be connected to a group called the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, also known as the TTP.

Many countries say the TTP is a terrorist group.

Police started to watch his online posts after seeing things linked to extreme ideas.

They watched him for almost a month before arresting him.

They also say he talked to a person in Afghanistan who may have links to the group.

Mallik was angry at Pakistan's army and talked about taking revenge, and messages and recordings were found on his phone.
