Japan's Yokota Joins Rangers from Hannover 96 on Three-Year Deal

Daisuke Yokota is a football player from Japan who is 26 years old.

He plays as a winger, which means he runs fast along the sides of the field to help his team score.

On Wednesday, he signed a deal to play for Rangers, a famous football club in Glasgow, Scotland.

He will play for them for three years.

Before this, he played for a German team called Hannover 96.

Yokota has played football in many countries, including Germany, Latvia, Poland, and Belgium.

While playing in Latvia, he helped his team win their very first championship.

Rangers are adding lots of new players, and Yokota is their ninth new signing this summer.

The manager, Derek McInnes, thinks Yokota is quick and will make the team's attack stronger.

Yokota says he is excited and hopes to help the team win.
