The National Testing Agency has shared advice for students who have problems with an exam.

It receives many complaints through email and social media.

Some complaints leave out important details.

Without those details, officials may not know which student needs help.

Students should use the email address they used when applying.

They should put their application number in the email subject line.

They should name the exam and explain the problem briefly.

They can attach screenshots or other documents when needed.

Complaints should go to the helpdesk for that specific exam so they can be handled faster.
