New York Drones Recreate Twin Towers in 9/11 Tribute

New York held a special nighttime show using drones.

The drones flew over the city’s harbor.

Together, they made the shape of the Twin Towers.

There were 2,977 glowing drones in the sky.

Each drone stood for one person who died in the September 11 attacks.

The event was called “2,977 Lights Over New York Harbor.”

It happened on Wednesday night.

The tribute took place before the 25th anniversary of the attacks.
