Chaganti advises police trainees to cultivate patience
A very wise and famous speaker named Chaganti Koteswara Rao gave a special talk to people who are training to become police officers.
About 5,560 police trainees watched his talk on a video screen.
He spoke to them from the district police office in a city called Kakinada.
He told them that being a police officer can be stressful, so they must learn to handle their feelings.
He said it is important to be honest, disciplined, and patient.

He recommended reading books such as Guravayanam by Dr Gurava Reddy and humorous works by Chilakamarti Lakshminarasimham and Jandhyala to promote mental peace.
Senior officials including Training IG Amburajan, Kakinada District SP G Bindumadhav and principals of 21 police training colleges participated in the programme.
