Telangana Launches Doorstep MeeSeva Services For Citizen Certificates
Telangana has started a service that brings some government services to people’s homes.
People in urban areas can book a visit from a MeeSeva executive.
They can use this service to get certificates such as birth, death, caste, income and residence certificates.
They can also request encumbrance certificate copies and some police services.
People can call 1100 or use the MeeSeva website to book a time.
An executive will then visit their home.
The service is starting as a pilot in selected CURE areas.
More areas of Telangana are expected to receive it soon.
