In the town of Palani in India, there is a temple called the Palani Dhandayuthapani Swamigal mutt.

Some people are accused of using fake documents to take land that belongs to the temple.

The land is worth about 100 crore rupees, which is a very large amount of money.

The CB-CID police have arrested 11 people they believe were part of the problem.

One of the arrested people, a lawyer named Anwardeen, died in jail, and this made many people worried.

Some people do not trust the local police investigation, so they asked a big court to hand the case to a different team called the CBI.

The court did not make a decision yet and told everyone to come back on August 24.

A government worker who helped register the fake papers, Justin Manikandan, was arrested and suspended from his job.
