World Tribal Day is a special day when tribal communities celebrate their culture.
In the city of Indore in Madhya Pradesh, thousands of young tribal people joined a huge march.
They wore colorful traditional clothes and carried flags and musical instruments.
The march began at 6 am from Lalbagh campus.
It walked through many city squares and ended at Rajiv Gandhi Square.
The participants wanted to show everyone their traditions and to stand together in unity.
Because so many people were marching, the roads along the route were closed to cars for a while.
Police asked drivers to take different routes.
People going to the airport were told to leave home early so they would not be late.
