SRM University-AP Celebrates Teachers’ Influence and Honors Faculty
SRM University-AP held a celebration for Teachers’ Day.
The event honored the important work teachers do for students and society.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Ch Satish Kumar spoke about how teachers influenced Dr S Radhakrishnan.
He said teachers’ guidance helped shape Radhakrishnan’s ideas and achievements.
Prof GP Raja Sekhar discussed Radhakrishnan’s philosophy and today’s education changes.
He also spoke about the National Education Policy and the National Credit Framework.
Nine teachers received awards for their work in teaching, research and university development.
Dr VM Manikandan received a special best faculty award.
University leaders, including Prof VS Rao, attended the ceremony.
