Pune Metro Expansion Plan Connects Nigdi to Chakan
The Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation has a new plan for a metro line in Pune.
It will go from Nigdi to Chakan, passing through many important areas like Wakad and Pimple Saudagar.
This line will be 45 kilometers long and have 34 stations.
It will cost a lot of money, about Rs 12,937 crore.
People who represent the public and the mayor of Pimpri-Chinchwad think this is a good idea because it will make travel faster and safer.
