Kollur Housing Residents Demand Repairs for Leaking Homes
The Kollur double bedroom housing scheme has many homes that are leaking when it rains.
The people who live there went to a meeting called the 243rd Chief Minister’s Prajavani to ask for help.
They told G. Chinna Reddy, who runs the meeting, that the roofs are leaking and the houses are waterlogged.
G. Chinna Reddy talked to Gautam, the head of the Housing Corporation, and asked him to fix the houses.
Gautam promised that officials would visit the complex soon and start repairing the roofs.
The meeting also received 288 petitions about different government departments.
The main problem is that the houses are not safe because of the leaks.

Complaints were raised during the 243rd Chief Minister’s Prajavani at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Praja Bhavan.
G. Chinna Reddy, Prajavani in-charge, requested corrective action from Housing Corporation MD Gautam.
Gautam promised officials would visit the complex promptly and start repairs.
The programme received 288 petitions, including 136 on Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, 40 on Revenue, 21 on Municipal Administration, 2 on Pravasi Prajavani, and 89 on other departments.
