Hyderabad Officials Directed to Resolve Prajavani Petitions Promptly
People in Hyderabad submitted complaints and requests through a public programme called Prajavani.
Officials received 213 petitions on Monday.
Most of the petitions were about the Housing department.
Some were about the Revenue department and other departments.
Additional Collector Kadhiravan Palani told officials to study each petition carefully.
He asked them to solve people’s problems as quickly as possible.
He also checked older petitions that were still pending.
These included petitions submitted through Collectorate Prajavani and CM Prajavani.

Officials were told to examine petitions by department and resolve grievances at the earliest.
A total of 213 petitions were received during Monday’s programme.
The Housing department received 174 petitions, while Revenue received 24 and other departments 15.
Palani also reviewed pending petitions from Collectorate Prajavani and CM Prajavani.
