Premium homes drive Mumbai's housing market growth in 2026
Mumbai sold 72,804 homes in the first nine months of 2026.

Mumbai's quarterly sales climbed from 23,185 units in the first quarter to 25,449 in the third; unsold inventory fell 2% year over year to about 155,473 units.
