Eight Special Trains Between Karnataka and Kerala Extended
Eight special trains between Karnataka and Kerala will run for longer than originally planned.
The trains connect Hubballi with Kollam and SMVT Bengaluru with Thiruvananthapuram North.
Some trains travel toward Kerala, while others return toward Karnataka.
The extended services begin between September 30 and October 6, 2026.
Their extended runs end between November 25 and December 1, 2026.
Each train will make nine trips.
The trains will keep their current schedules and stops.
Passengers can already reserve seats and are advised to book early.
Southern Railway extended eight special train services operating between Karnataka and Kerala through late 2026.
The services connect Hubballi with Kollam and SMVT Bengaluru with Thiruvananthapuram North.
The extended operating periods run from September 30 or October 4 through November 25, November 30, or December 1, 2026.
Each of the eight services will make nine trips during its respective extension period.
Existing timings and stoppages will continue, and advance reservations are open through Southern Railway.
