Man Allegedly Killed by Son After Dispute in Chittoor

Police said a 55-year-old man named Chengareddy was allegedly killed by his son.

The incident happened on Wednesday night in Chittoor district, Andhra Pradesh.

Police said the son, Jokesh Reddy, had been drinking and arguing with his wife.

His wife called Chengareddy and asked him to come help.

Jokesh reportedly spoke to his father on the phone and said he was coming to meet him.

Police said Jokesh became angry when his father laughed at him.

They allege that he attacked his father with a knife and ran away.

Police reached the location and began investigating.
