China's Gallium Nitride Satellite Monitors Asia Pacific

China has launched a special satellite called Ludi Tance 4-01 that can watch over a big part of the Earth all the time.

This satellite uses a special material called gallium nitride, which helps it work really well from a very high altitude.

No other country has this material because China controls all of it.

The satellite can see a lot of area because it is very high up, but it needs a lot of power to work.

China has restricted the export of gallium nitride since the satellite was launched in 2023.
