Japanese and Indian business leaders met to discuss more cooperation in Uttar Pradesh.

They talked about making products, developing technology and building new factories.

The sectors included cars, electric vehicles, medicines, electronics, semiconductors and cleaner aviation fuel.

Companies said Uttar Pradesh has useful roads, infrastructure, workers and government support.

Several businesses want to expand their existing facilities or build new ones.

Lohum plans two plants that could create about 1,000 jobs.

DENSO is also building a new project in Noida with an investment of about ₹500 crore.

The companies also asked for more worker training and support for research and innovation.
